Care Guide
All Cifial products are electroplated to exacting standards. The right care routine will maintain the finish and protect your guarantee.
Care Instructions
Always dry with a soft cloth after use.
Rinse regularly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Never use abrasive cleaning products, or products containing hydrochloric acid, bleach, or other inappropriate chemicals.
pH-neutral soap may be used when applied gently and rinsed thoroughly afterwards.
In hard water areas, vinegar may be used to remove limescale build-up.
Toothpaste and shower gels can leave residue — surfaces require thorough rinsing after contact.
For satin finishes, apply a little vaseline or wax periodically to help maintain brightness.

Matt Black
Susceptible to chipping. Extra care must be taken — for example, do not knock handles.
Matt Black care note
The matt black finish requires particular care. The surface is susceptible to chipping if subject to impact — take care not to knock handles or other components. Use only a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
